Postnatal Fitness Program

Our 16 session postnatal fitness program is everything a new moms needs to gain back strength, recover from birth and get back to a fitness routine.

In the process of making and birthing your tiny little human, your body has gone through tremendous amount of changes. You might notice that your post-baby body feel completely different from your pre-pregnancy body.

As you ease your body into a workout program again, many things are to be considered. The nature of your birth, complications you might have experienced (vaginal tears, diastisis recti, etc), the fact that your abdominal muscles have stretched out to accommodate the growing uterus and are now falling back into place. Which means, you need to work on the restoration of your core muscles before you jump into a regular fitness routine.

This restoration and transition is exactly what our program offers you. More importantly, it gives you the motivation in starting your fitness journey after your baby.


The program is uniquely designed to start off gentle and slowly builds up as you progress through it - helping your body transition with ease.

The sessions are conducted on

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00 pm

Each session will be for 45 mins followed by Q&A.

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.

Recordings of the session will be available to you with life-time access.
