Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also physically demanding in ways no one really prepares you for.


From long hours of feeding, carrying, rocking, bending, and running behind a toddler, to the constant mental load that comes with caring for a little one—your body is working nonstop. Over time, this can leave you feeling stiff, tired, achy, or simply not as strong as you want to feel.


That’s exactly why this program exists.


A strength and conditioning program designed specifically for mothers—whether you’re just coming out of the early postpartum months or you’re a few years in and ready to rebuild yourself with intention.


This program is ideal for:


  • Mothers who have completed my 16-session Postnatal Fitness Program (Beginner) and want to continue their progress


  • Mothers who are months or years postpartum, ready for something more structured, safe, and a little more challenging than a beginner transition program


This advanced program focuses on functional strength that supports the physical realities of motherhood—lifting your baby, carrying a toddler, feeding, household tasks, and long days on your feet.


What You’ll Experience


  • A warm, judgment-free environment designed specifically for new and seasoned mothers.
  • Structured strength training focused on the upper body, lower body, and full body depending on the day.
  • Core strengthening every session with diastasis-recti-friendly exercises.
  • Breathwork, mobility, and stretching to release tension and promote recovery.
  • Mental reset & emotional grounding — sessions that help you reconnect with your body, feel centered, and experience a sense of control in the middle of motherhood’s chaos.
  • A sense of belonging as you meet other mothers who share stories, ask questions, celebrate wins, and hold space for one another.
  • A calm, encouraging pace that honors your energy levels and respects the unpredictability of mom life.

Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Format: Ongoing program — continue as long as you wish, progressing gradually and safely
