Prenatal Fitness Program

Mumma Strong is our signature live prenatal fitness program that guides you through safe exercises to help your body cope with pregnancy, get you stronger for labor and prepares you for a smooth postpartum recovery.


  • Twice a week live, guided fitness sessions conducted virtually
  • The workouts focus on overall strength, movement and flexibility
  • You will learn various exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you during pregnancy and most importantly in labor


Sessions are conducted every

Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm


When you enroll into the program, you get yourself your own personal pregnancy coach to guide you and support with all the right information and answer all your doubts. You also get to meet and bond with more moms-to-be going through pregnancy along with you.

Who can join?

Expecting mothers who have crossed 12 weeks of pregnancy and have been cleared for physical activity by their doctor.
